This website belongs to Dra. Nicolle Martínez (Gyn Clinic), Calle Santiago esq. García Godoy #101, Gazcue, Santo Domingo. We handle your data under Dominican personal data protection law 172-13.

What we collect and why

• When you book: your name, email, phone, the type of visit and anything you choose to add. It is used only to manage your appointment and contact you. The calendar is provided by Cal.com, which stores the booking and passes it to the doctor's calendar.
• When you message on WhatsApp: the conversation stays in WhatsApp (Meta). Before opening WhatsApp, the site records the date, language and page you clicked from, without your number or IP address.
• Map and fonts: the map is from Google Maps and the fonts load from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address.

We do not ask for medical information on the website. Your medical record is completed during your visit and is not shared with third parties unless required by law or with your permission.
